Your satisfaction is important to me - I want you to LOVE your jewelry.
Returns are accepted - for store credit only - up to two weeks after your shipping date. (*Excluding Mantra Bracelets. See below for further details.*) Your Jesinia piece(s) must be unworn/free of any damages.
Should anything happen to your jewelry due to a flaw or defect of the design, I will be happy to fix or replace it for you if it is within two weeks of your shipping date.

Each Jesinia Mantra Bracelet is handmade to order with the highest quality and care. Because of their custom nature, I do not accept returns or exchanges.
Now, should anything happen to your bracelet due to a flaw or defect in an element of the design, I will be happy to fix or replace it for you, for free, if it is within two weeks of your purchase date.
